Future developments
Ambitions at Noviotech Campus are high. In the coming years we will realize over 100,000 m2 of offices, laboratories, cleanrooms, catering and conference facilities. The campus will be climate-adaptive and sustainably designed and built, with a community that connects its users. Together with architectural powerhouse MVRDV, we are working on a new master plan to become the Capital of Health & High Tech Innovation, a campus of the future.
The Frontrunner
The first step of growth at Noviotech Campus, will be the development of the Frontrunner building. A green, lively, healthy and exciting area – the beating heart of our community. The building will bring all new sorts of facilities and activities to the campus members, like a restaurant, conference room, multimedia studio, co-working areas and many more. The Frontrunner is expected to open by the end of 2023.
