Settle in the heart of Noviotech Campus
The Frontrunner has a total floor area of 2,740 m² GFA and consists of four floors. The ground floor will feature a restaurant with a large terrace, office spaces, conference facilities, and flexible workstations. In addition, the building will have three upper floors offering space for offices and laboratories. The building is scheduled for completion in Q4 2026.
At the centrally located building The Frontrunner on Noviotech Campus, office and laboratory space is available for rent. The following units are currently available:
- First floor (incubator): as of 25 m2 office & 25 m2 lab
- Second floor: 610 m2
