RF Knowledge Lab in Nijmegen launched!
Nijmegen is a leader when it comes to knowledge and innovation in Radio Frequency (RF) Technologies.
Bluetooth and WIFI are already based on RF. Wireless and contactless connectivity is increasingly becoming the new standard. Think of IoT applications, medical purposes such as MRI or autonomous driving and adaptive cruise control.
But there is more to it!
RF offers excellent solutions for the necessary transition from fossil fuels to green energy. RF is clean and sustainable. Moreover, it is ultra-accurate, hygienic and highly controllable. When it comes to sensing and heating, RF is the most efficient technology we know.
To deploy RF technology in more and other types of applications, knowledge sharing and acceleration is needed. Therefore, High Tech NL, with the help of the Province of Gelderland, has set up the RF Knowledge Lab: the place where business and industry can go for knowledge and information about RF. The goal is to accelerate innovation with new projects and collaborations.
