During this Meet & Eat, we’ll introduce you to Big Chemistry, one of the newest tenants at Frontrunner on Noviotech Campus.
Big Chemistry is developing a groundbreaking RobotLab that brings together chemical research, robotics and artificial intelligence (AI). This highly automated laboratory enables large numbers of chemical experiments to be carried out faster, more accurately and more efficiently. AI is used to analyse the results and accelerate the development of new materials and products, from more sustainable coatings to innovations in food and healthcare.
The initiative is part of a major collaboration between Radboud University, Eindhoven University of Technology, the University of Groningen, AMOLF and Fontys University of Applied Sciences, supported by nearly €97 million in funding from the Dutch National Growth Fund. Its commercial arm, RobotLab BV, is based at Frontrunner and focuses on making this innovative technology accessible to businesses.
During the Meet & Eat, the Big Chemistry team will take you behind the scenes of RobotLab. They’ll explain how the technology works, explore the innovations it enables and highlight opportunities for businesses and research institutions to benefit from it.
Of course, there will also be plenty of time to ask questions, meet fellow campus members and catch up over lunch. Lunch will be provided by RUBY, Frontrunner’s hospitality partner.
Ruby, the catering team at The Frontrunner, will take care of the lunch, giving you the perfect opportunity to enjoy lunch while connecting with fellow campus members.
