Finding a launching customer is one of the biggest challenges MedTech/ digital health entrepreneurs are facing. Oost NL Customer Track focuses primarily on the customer validation path. Before even developing a fully working prototype, it is smart to start having discussions with (potential) customers, to improve your problem-solution and product-market fit and to increase chances to launch a successful innovation in the medical market.
Customer Track is a 9-week part-time programme, where we provide you with the right tools and support to execute this validation process (training, workshops, networking and coaching). We directly link you to a network of healthcare institutions. At the end of the programme you will have valuable (customer) insights for the roadmap and strategy of your company.
We invite (aspiring) entrepreneurs, students, researchers and innovative teams or spin-offs of healthcare institutions, with a scalable business idea in the areas of MedTech or Digital Health. Teams should be eager to validate market needs, problem-solution fit and product-market fit and should be open for coaching and feedback. Minimum requirements are, that you:
- have a motivated team (>2 persons);
- have an innovative and scalable MedTech or Digital Health idea;
- are based in Gelderland.
